Director Louis Davey: Louis has worked within the Health and Fitness industry for the past 15 years. His background is within sport and exercise science which he studied in the UK. After completing his Dip in Sport and Exercise Science he continued to study further with the London Central YMCA where he became certified in nutrition and weight management. Over the past decade he has continuously strived to educate himself within various aspects of Health and Fitness, particular focusing on the importance of Nutrition and its prominent role in getting an individual into the shape they want and more importantly optimising your health while decreasing your chances of the ever growing diseases such as Cancer, Diabetes and heart disease.     As a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and over 15 years working as a Personal Trainer, Louis takes the laid back yet specific approach to helping you achieve your goals, whatever they maybe. Although he specialises in weight loss as this has been his predominant client base he also works with Athletes, rehabilitation, and those looking into making exercise and healthy eating a part of their life! .


    Personal Training: Contrary to popular belief personal training isn’t just for the rich and famous, it’s for anyone that wants to really do something about their Health and Fitness. It's for those who are serious about achieving their desired goals i.e. lose weight, sports specific, health concerns, rehabilitation and even for a specific occasion such as your wedding day. From day one your trainer will assess, plan, monitor and motivate you, thus ensuring you get the results you want. So many of us join gyms and pay the membership but don’t get what we want in return. We are not given that extra bit of attention and professional advice we need to get results. There is just too much guess work and misunderstanding as to how reach our goals thus we tend to fail and give up.
